1. Information on this site

We try to keep menus, hours, events and stock up to date, but they can change without notice. Prices and availability are confirmed in store or by message.

2. Bookings and orders

• A booking or order request is only confirmed when we reply to confirm it.
• Butchery orders are priced by weight and confirmed before cutting. Payment is at collection.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.
• The Sunday carvery is served on a first come, first served basis.

3. Lapa braai nights

The cover charge is per person and covers the items listed on the braai night page. Meat is bought separately from the butchery. Guests braai at their own risk and must follow staff instructions around the fires.

4. Responsible service

Alcohol is not served to persons under 18. We may refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photos and design of this site belong to Linga Lapa or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
